Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your product without providing any reason.
The cancellation period expires 30 days from the date you receive the goods, or when a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier) receives the delivery.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 30 days.

Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns cannot be accepted for:

- Products that are perishable or have exceeded their usable period

- Items that become inseparably mixed with other products after delivery

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods.

Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift purchaser received the item first and later gifted it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
